La connaissance d'une langue seconde constitue un moyen de communication précieux qui donne accès à une autre culture et à une communauté linguistique. Elle contribue aussi à enrichir la vision du monde de l'élève en lui permettant de se familiariser avec une autre culture.
What advice would you give our younger students who are at the beginning of their high school journey?
"Be smart about the choices you make. Always keep your head high and don't give up. People have told me I wasn't fast, so I started running. They told me I couldn't do it, so I made it. They told me I wasn't good enough, so I showed them. Never let someone tell you that you're not good enough and can't do it. Always set goals for yourself, but remember, you won't reach those goals without hard work and dedication."
