About our Library

The Rosemount High School Library fosters a love of reading, whether it is for learning or for leisure. At the library students are offered a variety of print and electronic resources to help them access quality information. They are also encouraged to discover the joy of books and literature, whether in French or in English. The library's environment is quiet and welcoming, a place for inspiration, reflection or studying.

Using the Library

  • Teachers are encouraged to visit the library to schedule any group visits with their classes.
  • Students who need to use the library during class time are asked to present the librarian with a note from their teacher.
  • Students are free to come visit the library any time before class (starting at 8 a.m.), during recess, lunch and after school (until 4 p.m.).
  • Students can use the reserved computer to search the catalogue independently. However, students who are having difficulty finding what they need are encouraged to ask the librarian for assistance.
